Ordered in 2023 and was delighted in the shipping speed and seller delivered exactly what I had ordered very fast. The phone works very well and it's a definite upgrade in every way from my bargain Motorola phone that I had prior, but, I've not been able to successfully connect to the 5g network on T-mobile/Metro PCS service. THE PHONE IS GENUINELY UNLOCKED AND DOES CONNECT WELL TO THE LTE 4G NETWORK ALSO 3G 'but' to get 5G you're going to use Verizon's 5G network as it operates on a different wavelength that this phone is compatible with and the other networks will likely not work...... I tried everything including downloading 5G only apps, replacing the SIM card, changing every setting possible in the phone. The 5G on this phone is compatible only to Verizon's unique signal but the rest of the phone signals (4G, LTE, 3G and 2G) will work on other great networks.I'm still very happy with this phone but that is a drawback to consider
