Says adult briefs, in fact they are diapersI bought these for the last six months and I reordered some but they were out of the extra large so I ordered another brand big mistake! No other even close to this brand! My mom is 91 years old and I have to put a diaper on her at night it, holds the entire night the other brand that I put on her the elastic tabs would not hold and I ended up having to put heavy-duty tape on the diaper to hold it! Trust me I've used a lot others these R the very best! The other brand that I have, still have like 50 some odd diapers, but I threw them out!I use these for daytime use and the Seni Quatro for nighttime use.I have been very pleased with the quality of the Seni products.And at this price of just over a buck each they are hard to beat.I do with they had a plastic outer shell instead of the cloth like.But more and more most manufacturers are switching over to this.Definitely worth the extra money! We have been using these for overnight care for years and I have yet to find something better. They are cloth like and breathe, the material is pretty durable and doesn't tear very easily which is good for a bigger patient. The tabs on these are great because they are Velcro like, allowing for re-positioning.These are the absolute worst! The tabs will not stay "stuck" at all! The sizing is impossible to manage, and made so flimsy. They are described as "briefs", but they are not briefs, they are "tabs". Worthless product and very expensive!!! They went in the trash, all of them! Grrrrrrrr!
