This dress is really nice. I wore it for my son’s wedding. It was fully lined and well made.Very flattering to most shapes I would think. I loved the sweetheart neckline.It was flattering but gave full coverage and I didn’t have to fuss with special bras or worry about the straps showing.I’m 5’4 and chubby. I would normally wear a size 16 dress but ordered the 18 plus. Which fit very well.I ordered many dresses to try on and found the more formal dresses were cut smaller pretty much across the board.This dress has a flattering flare shape that doesn’t cling to the butt area. It was fully lined. I did wear a shapewear underneath.The Amazon pic shown makes it look very shiny but the dress had sparkles but was subtle.The lace was nice, not itchy and cheap. I ordered the navy blue and it was a lovely navy blue.And it was very comfortable for sitting, and dancing.I would highly recommend this dress is you need to be dressed up for occasion that isn’t as formal as some weddings or evening events that requires long dresses or black tie.I had sparkle, I felt I looked quite dressed up but not over dressed for the occasion, which was more casual than some weddings.I pared the dress with glittery pumps and dressy sparkly jewelry.I loved the dress I thought it was a great mother of the groom dress.
